Hyperlite Wakesurfer
The Hyperlite Broadcast, like many Hyperlite models is shaped by Scott 'Butch' Bouchard promising an even more enjoyable ride than it ever has before. The Broadcast provides exactly what you would expect, a simple yet effective design featuring a dual concave base for a freer, smooth surf style of ride, combined with a machined EVA traction pad so you can stay comfortable on your board. The Broadcast now features a swallow tail design for easier release and an easier surf experience, as well as Hyperlite's monocoque construction so you're guaranteed a quality product. Whether it's just starting out or you want to throw down and have some fun the Broadcast covers all bases.
Materials & Construction
- Bio 3 Core - The core you want under your feet, from a beginner to pro. Biolite 3 PU foam is wrapped in fibreglass for a added strength to handle punishment, but is lighter and more durable than anything in wakeboard history. Welcome to Byerly's nuclear deterrent
- Monocoque Construction - An outer glass wrap from the bottom to the top so the flash line is switched out as the weakest point fo the board, to the strongest. It is also renowned as the most durable construction in wakeboarding
- Layered Glass - Making sure your board doesn?t soften over the years, layered fibreglass will help to keep you poppin?
Shape
- Swallow Tail Design - A stable and easy to control design, with it's wider 'swallow' style tail it promotes easy manoeuvring with simple movements, so any rider can use it
- Minimal Rockerline - Allows the board to maintain and increase speed at any point on the wave or in the curl
Base
- Dual Concave Base Contour - To disrupt the water and create an even flow to both sides of the board, creating stability and easy edge transitions
